Function of sludge dehydrator
What is a sludge dehydration system?
It is the most classic, cheap and easy technique to separate the mud from water. In specific, from the top tank the dirty water falls into the Big Bag filters. The Big Bag filters keep the mud and release the water by transudation. Once the Bag is full, it will be removed and replaced with a new one. The filtered water can be reused but it remains of medium quality clearness.

Fully made in stainless steel AISI 304, the ECOFANGHI dehydrator is solid and easy to use. It represents the easier and cheaper way to remove the sludge from settlement tanks and pits. It collects the mud into proper bags that will be ready for their disposition in short time.

LEARN HOW IT WORKS
The sump pump, located ideally into the dirty water collection pit, lift the grey water and load it into the top tank of the compactor.
The grey water flows into the 5 filter bags.
The filter bags retain the mud and release the water by exudation that is collected in the lower casing tank. In the lower casing tank there is a drainage outlet to convey the filtered water back to the dirty water pit.
